A big difference.  While they were light on my bike commute into the Pentagon yesterday morning, they increased noticeably by afternoon.  Based on observations from National Airport, they were gusting above 20 by the time I left to head home. By far the biggest change that's occurred with the office shift is the commute. Per today's CTB resolution, VDOT plans to reopen its closed rest areas by mid-April, according to this brief.  These were the 19 rest areas they closed last summer due to budget cuts.  The new Governor (sworn in this past Saturday) vowed to make reopening them a priority, and apparently it worked.Which is fine by me.
